欠发达区域学生美术素养的影响因素及对策研究

摘　　要：美术素养能够挖掘人们的鉴赏和创造美的潜能,能够有效提高公民审美品位,是基础教学中不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而由于欠发达区域美术教育发展滞后,当前存在不重视欠发达区域美术教育的发展、硬件设施不达标、缺乏专业有水平的教师、教学方法落后等现象。良好的美术素养对学生的审美意识、艺术鉴赏、创造能力等方面都起着很大的作用。文章着重分析影响欠发达区域学生美术素养的因素以及学生美术素养的培养对策。Art literacy can tap the potential of people to appreciate and create beauty,can effectively improve the aesthetic taste of citizens,It is an indispensable part of basic teaching.However the development of art education in underdeveloped areas lags behind, At present there is no emphasis on the development of art education in underdeveloped areas, the lack of hardware facilities, the lack of professional teachers, teaching methods and so on.Good artistic accomplishment plays an important role in students＇ aesthetic consciousness, artistic appreciation and creative ability.This paper focuses on the analysis of the factors that influence the students＇ artistic accomplishment in underdeveloped areas and the Countermeasures of cultivating students＇ artistic accomplishment.
