摘  要:"95后"大学生已经成为了高校的主力军,有着独特的思想行为特征。他们有明确的政治立场但政治信仰迷茫,乐观自信但自我中心意识过强,思维活跃、追求独立但抵触外在约束,善于接受新事物但辨识能力弱,具有竞争意识但不重视手段正当性,人生态度较务实但有拜金主义取向。在调查"95后"大学生思想行为特征的基础上,对其特征形成原因的探讨分析表明,既有来自国内外各种思潮的影响,也有来自家庭学校教育缺失的原因。最后针对"95后"大学生思想行为问题提供了教育对策。在教育过程中要坚持两学一做,完善青马工程,加强理想信念教育,引导"95后"大学生强化集体主义观念、占领网络阵地,拓展教育方式、教育内容和空间,要加强社会实践,要家庭、学校和社会形成合力,实行全员育人。"Post-95s" university students have become the main force of universities, and their ideological behavior has unique characteristics. They have a clear political stance, but their polit- ical belief is confused; they are optimistic and sel-confidence, but they are excessively self-centered; they have active thinking and pursue independence, but they resist external constraints; they are good at accepting new things, but their ability to distin- guish things is weak; they have a sense of competition, but they does not care whether the means of competitions are proper; their attitude towards life is pragmatic, but they tend to worship money. On the basis of investigating the characteristics of "post-95s" u- niversity students' ideological behavior, we analyze the causes and put forward the corresponding education countermeasures.
