摘　　要：高校辅导员主要从事对大学生的思想政治教育工作,但是目前基于我国高校职业指导师资的有限条件,职业指导的工作大部分由辅导员兼任,所以辅导员个人能力的提升显得尤为重要。以人为本的教育,根本目的是大学生成人成才成业。因社会快速发展,目前大学生的培养和社会需求的匹配存在一些偏差,所以对于大学生的创新型职业指导的培训,是大学生成人成才成业重要的一环。College counselors are mainly engaged in the ideological and political education of college students, but at present, due to the shortage of professional teachers for career guidance in our country, most of the work of career guidance is instructed by counselors, so it is important to improve counselors＇ individual a- bility. The fundamental purpose of people-oriented education is to promote the growth, success and employment of college students. Due to the rapid development of society, there are some deviations between the cultivation of college students and social needs. Therefore, innovative career guidance for college students is an important part of promoting the growth, success and em- ployment of college students.
