大学生自主学习能力的培养策略研究

摘　　要：当今社会人才竞争日益激烈,社会各界越来越关注个体的自主学习能力,培养大学生的自主学习能力成为高等教育研究的重要内容。学校教育者可以通过以下途径来提升大学生自主学习能力:激发学习动机,培养自主学习意识;优化学习策略,提升自主学习有效性;整合教育资源,拓展自主学习方式;提升校园人文环境,营造自主学习氛围;建立新型评价机制,增强自主学习反馈效果。In today＇s increasingly fierce social competition for talents, all social sectors have paid more and more attention to independent study ability, so the cultivation of students＇ independent study ability has become an important content of higher education research. College educators can improve college students＇ independent study ability through the following ways： stimulating learning motivation, and cultivating the awareness of independent study; optimizing learning strategies, and improving the effectiveness of independent study; integrating education resources, and expanding ways of independent study; improving campus cultural environment, and establishing an atmosphere for independent study; establishing a new evaluation mechanism, and enhancing the feedback effect of independent study.
