摘　　要：湿疹是皮肤病科常见的难治病之一,其病因复杂,常反复发作,缠绵难愈。本文重在以《黄帝内经素问·至真要大论》病机十九条之一"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"为切入点,从"心"论述湿疹的病机及其治则。Eczema is an intractable disease in all kinds of skin disease, the complex pathogenesis make it happen repeatedly and difficult to recover. The article makes a discuss on the pathogenesis and treatment of eczema from the perspective of ＂heart＂, which bases on one of the nineteen pathogenesis in Huangdi Neijing Plain Questions describing ＂Pains and sores all belonging to heart＂.
