摘 要:脉搏波压力及波形特征变化是评价人体心血管系统生理病理状态的重要依据。脉搏波特征点是脉搏波压力曲线上衡量血管阻力和动脉弹性的重要指标,准确提取脉搏波特征点对于评估人体心血管功能具有重要意义。以斜率法为基础结合倒序法阈值判断,提出了一种基于改进型斜率阈值法的脉搏波特征点提取算法,可逐步缩小检测阈值快速提取特征点。实验结果证明,该算法特征点提取精度较高,运算复杂度低,可应用于实时性运算处理。Pulse pressure and waveform characteristics of the changes in the evaluation of human cardiovascular system physiological and pathological state of the important basis.The characteristic point of pulse wave is an important index to measure the vascular resistance and arterial elasticity on the pulse wave pressure curve.It is very important to accurately extract the characteristic points of the pulse wave to evaluate the cardiovascular function of the human body.Based on the slope method and the reverse threshold method,this paper proposes an algorithm for extracting the feature points of the pulse wave based on the improved slope threshold method,which can gradually reduce the detection threshold and quickly extract the feature points.Experimental results show that the algorithm has high precision and low computational complexity,and can be applied to real-time processing.
