摘　　要：在近代中国图书馆学教育史上,产生有重大影响的有武昌文华图书馆专科学校、金陵大学和国立社会教育学院。文华图书馆专科学校和金陵大学图书馆学系侧重于理论研究,国立社会教育学院图书博物馆学系则形成了注重实践的人才培养模式。文章介绍了汪长炳先生在民国时期的办学之路,论述汪长炳先生的办学宗旨、办学特色和人才培养模式。In the history of library science education at Chinese universities in modern times, the influential contributors include Wuchang Boone Library School, the University of Nanking, and the National Society Education College. The library departments at Boone Library School and the University of Nanking focus on theoretical research, while the Department of Library and Museum of the National Society Education College has formed a personnel training mode with its emphasis on practice. This paper introduces the process of school running by M r. W a n g Changbing, and discusses M r. W a n g Changbing’ s objective of school operation, characteristics of school running, and his personnel training mode.
