摘  要:目的探讨通过BT325细胞系裸小鼠移植瘤分割照射方案提高对人脑胶质瘤反应生物学特性的认知,为临床诊治提供实验依据。方法选取100只小鼠,分为两组,单次不同剂量照射组、分次治疗组,各50只,对BT325细胞系裸小鼠移植瘤行不同剂量照射,2 Gy 1周5次、3 Gy 1周3次、3 Gy 1周5次、4 Gy 1周3次照射,剂量效应关系用肿瘤生长曲线评价,并测定瘤体积倍增时间。结果单次照射治疗方案肿瘤消退率仅为4.0%,与分次照射治疗方案后肿瘤消退率7.5%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。增加分次剂量后,裸小鼠移植瘤明显缩小,其中,3 Gy 1周5次照射、4Gy 1周3次照射治疗肿瘤消退率分别为40.0%、70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性脑胶质瘤为放射耐受性较高的肿瘤,增高分割剂量可提高肿瘤近期疗效,不过尚需进一步研究如何有效控制肿瘤干细胞。Objective To study the cognition of improvement of human glioma reactive biological characteristics by the BT325 cell line tumor tessellation radiation scheme and provide experimental basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 100 rats were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the BT325 cell-line nude mice transplantable tumors were given different doses of radiation, 5 times a week in 2 Gy,3 times a week in 3 Gy, 5 times a week in3 Gy,3 times a week in 4 Gy, and the dose efficacy correlation was evaluated by the tumor growth carve, and the tumor volume doubling time was measured. Results The difference in the tumor retrogression rate between the single radiation treatment plan and fractional irradiation treatment plan was not obvious without statistical significance(4.0% vs 7.5%)(P >0.05), and the nude mice transplantable tumors obviously decreased after adding the fractional dose, and the tumor retrogression rate after the 5 tinnes a weeb in 3 Gy and 3 times a week in 4 Gy radiation treatment was respectively 40.0% and70.0%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The malignant brain neurogliocytoma is the one with high radiation tolerance, and the increase of tessellation radiation can improve the tumor short-term curative effect, however, we need to further research how to effectively control the tumor stem cells.
