摘 要:基于生命周期理论框架,以及高校辅导员自身的工作特性,提出高校辅导员职业生命周期四阶段论,即入职期、成长期、专业化期、可持续发展期.结合高校辅导员岗位的普遍特征,分析高校辅导员的职业需求,提出四阶段可持续发展培养模式,认为入职期与成长期属于职业生涯前期,专业化期、可持续发展期分别是职业生涯中期、后期,各阶段之间具有紧密的连贯性.据此提出应着力解决新建本科院校辅导员队伍在各发展阶段中的主要矛盾与问题,使其具备较高的可持续发展能力,为提高高校人才培养质量提供保证.Based on the framework of life cycle theory and the characteristics of college counselors, this article puts forward the four stages in professional life cycle of university counselors, such as induction period, growth period, specialization pe-riod and sustainable development period. The four-stage sustainable development training mode is introduced, by analyzing the professional needs of university counselors combined with the general characteristics of the position, aiming to solve the main problems in the development stage of counselors team in newly-built universities, therefore, to ensure college a high sustainable development ability for counselors, which is not only beneficial for themselves, but also for college talent quality.
