摘 要:通过Michael加成反应合成了一种相对分子质量较大的可聚合胺助引发剂(HMPMO),并探究了将该胺助引发剂代替4-二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙酯(EDAB)用于齿科修复树脂后的光聚合动力学、动态力学以及吸水性、溶解性、体积収缩和细胞毒性。结果表明:体系的固化速率和双键转化率随HMPMO浓度的增大而逐渐提高;与EDAB相比,HMPMO引发体系的双键转化率较低,但其他性能,如吸水性、溶解性、体积收缩以及细胞毒性均符合齿科复合材料的要求。In this paper, a polymerizable amine co-initiator (HMPMO) with high molecular weight was synthesized via Michael addition reaction, and the photopolymerization kinetics, dynamic mechanics and water imbibition, solubility, volume shrinkage and cell toxicity as using amine coinitiator instead of 4-dimethyl aminobenzoic acid ethyl ester (EDAB) in dental composite were investigated. The results showed that the rate of photopolymerization and final double bond conversion were increased with the increase of the concentration of HMPMO. Compared with EDAB, HMPMO initiator system had lower double bond conversion while other properties, such as water absorption, solubility, volume shrinkage and cytotoxicity, met the requirements of dental composite.
