摘　　要：兰索拉唑是奥美拉唑后的第二代质子泵抑制剂,它能够抑制H+-K+-ATP酶的活性,干扰胃壁细胞中H与小管内的K的交换,从而有效减少胃酸的分泌,是近年来在临床上被广泛认可、抑酸疗效最好的药物。随着临床使用量的大幅提升,其用药合理性也更加需要关注。存在不合理使用注射用兰索拉唑现象,医师在使用注射用兰索拉唑时,应严格遵守药品说明书及相关治疗指南,避免无明确适用症用药。LAN sola azole after omeprazole is the second generation of proton pump inhibitor, it can inhibit the H ＋ -k ＋ atpase activity, the interference of parietal cell K H and small tube in exchange, thus effectively reducing the secretion of gastric acid, is in recent years in clinic widely agreed to be one of the best drug, acid suppression effect.
