摘　　要：1946至1949年,受通货膨胀的影响,上海报业的经营环境日见恶化,大多数报纸虽然勉力经营,仍然入不敷出。而日益低迷的社会经济形势也令报馆工友和送报工友的生活每况愈下。一方面,报馆支出浩繁,以降低职工的工资待遇作为解困的主要手段;另一方面,工友为保障基本生活水准屡屡诉诸报馆,劳资冲突由此产生。上海报业的劳资冲突在一定程度上改变了上海的报业结构,影响了报纸报道功能的发挥,也在某种程度上推进报馆在处理劳资关系时向比较文明和合理的方向发展。From 1946 to 1949, affected by inflation, the management environment of the Shanghai press had been deteriorating. Most of the newspapers made ends meet. The life of the newspaper workers and deliver- y workers became worse. On the one hand, the newspaper had to reduce the staff salaries to cut down high ex- pense; On the other hand, the workers often turned to the newspapers for help to guarantee their basic living standard. Thus, the labor conflicts occurred. The labor conflicts changed the structure of the Shanghai news- papers to a certain extent, affected the function of the newspaper, and also promoted the newspapers to deal with the labor relations in a more civilized and reasonable way.
