摘  要:为了测量截割头在作业过程中所受的截割转矩,实现对截割头作业过程的实时监控,基于三相异步电机工作特性,导出电机功率因数与电机输入电流、输出转矩和掘进机转速之间的关系,并以此为基础,分别对内花键工装和掘进机整机进行标定试验,建立了截割电机电流与功率因数的回归模型,从而实现对掘进机截割转矩实时测量,解决了封闭条件下掘进机截割转矩难以测量的技术难题。通过掘进机截割试验表明:测量方法切实可行,可推广应用于其他电力设备的转矩测定。In order to measure cutting to rques stressed to the cutting head during an operation a real time monitoring has to be done thereon, which is based on fea-tures of a 3-phase asynchronous motor by deriving the electric motor's power factor and its relationship with the mo-tor's input current, output torque and the tunnel borer's KPM, on which basis a calibration test has been done to the in-ner spline tooling and to the entire ma-chine, respectively, before building up a regression model for the cutting motor's current and power, thus fulfilling a real-tim e m easurement on the cutting toque. And that is a break-through in checking the torque under a closure condition. This test shows that the measurement is feasible and can be promoted to other electric equipment to be torque checked.
