摘　　要：帕金森病是一种常见的中枢神经系统变性疾病，其神经退变进行性加重，会导致患者严重残疾。识别帕金森病的早期信号，尤其是帕金森病的非运动症状，进行早期干预，积极行神经保护性治疗，对预防帕金森病的进展，改善病人的生活质量有重要临床意义。Parkinson s disease is a common neurodegeneratlve＇ disorder.＂ In Parkmson＂ ＇ s disease,＇ neurodegenerahon＇ is progressive and leads to severe disability. Identifying early signals of Parkinson＇ s disease, especially the non motor symptoms of Parkinson＇ s disease, is important. Taking early intervention and active neuroprotective therapy to prevent the progression of Parkinson＇ s disease and improve patients＇ quality of life haye important clinical significance.
