摘　　要：NIHSS评分是临床评估脑卒中最常用的评分之一。尽管NIHSS评分已被广泛使用，但其仍存在一些问题。并非所有脑卒中体征皆可在NIHSS评分中得以体现。NIHSS评分的每个项目对脑卒中的预后评估价值相同。相比于目前使用的脑卒中其他评分，在评估脑卒中严重程度方面NIHSS评分的价值有限。National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） is the most frequently used in stroke deficit scale in routine clinical practice. However, there are still some problems about NIHSS. Not all signs caused by the stroke are captured as deficits on the NIHSS. Not every item of NIHSS has the same effect on the prognosis of the stroke. Compared with other accepted stroke scales used currently in practice, the NIHSS provides a limited assessment of stroke severity.
