摘  要:空压机卧式储气罐是典型的焊接容器,作为工作站服务的主要对象,其具有批量大和复杂程度高等特征,综合考虑这些特征,提出了焊接工作站的布局方案。该方案应能够快速换型,且一次装夹后焊接时间要足够长。在此基础上,提出了适用于该容器焊接的工作站工装设计思路,通过选择正确的基准,采用拼装和焊接分离的合理工艺,设计出适用于拥有复杂长焊缝卧式容器的焊接工装,保证了尺寸精度和焊缝质量,大大提高了生产效率。Horizontal air-compressor gas-tank was a typical welded vessels with complicated long weld, and it was the major object of welding working station. Considering these factors, a scheme of welding working station was put forward. This scheme should be able to quickly convert type, and ensured enough welding time after clamping. Based on this scheme, a new fixture design method was presented for the vessels welding. With proper reference and reasonable process for separated fixture between tack assembly welding and full welding, a set of welding fixtures was designed to conduct the welding tasks on complex horizontal vessels with long weld.This working station could assure dimensional precision and welding quality, increase production efficiency.
