摘　　要：肝纤维化的早期诊断是及时治疗的前提,Fibro Scan等无创性诊断技术的出现为临床诊断提供了新方法,值得广泛推广应用。抗肝纤维化治疗方面,中医药已成为目前及今后研究的热点,而中西药联合治疗是今后开展抗肝纤维化研究的方向和重要任务之一。现就近十年来,肝纤维化的中西医结合诊治进展情况作一综述。The early diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis is the precondition of prompt treatment. Fibro Scan and other non-invasive diagnostic techniques provide new methods for clinical diagnosis, which are worthy of spread. In the aspect of anti-hepatic fibrosis treatment, Chinese medicine has become the hotspot of the current and future research, and combined therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine is one of the important tasks in the future. This review presents the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic fibrosis by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in recent ten years.
