摘　　要：针对灭火器喷射性能测试的要求,以LabVIEW作为软件开发平台,并结合PCI-1711L数据采集卡和PCI-1243U运动控制卡,研制了一个集数据采集和运动控制为一体的测控系统。该系统可以根据不同的测试条件进行不同的测试,实现喷射过程的运动控制、数据采集、状态显示和生成报表等功能。该系统具有简洁、友好的人机交互界面,操作简洁,可成功完成实验过程。Meeting the need of fire extinguisher injection performance test, and using the labview as the platform of software, develop a control system with DAQ and motion control feature. The system can test different event depending on the different condition, accomplishing the feature of motion control, DAQ, status display and generating report and so on. This system has the simple and friendly interactive interface, operate simple, and can successfully complete the test.
