摘 要:采用国家现代化战略课题组对于世界各国发展水平的分析框架,对我国与发达国家高中阶段教育发展的相关指标进行比较发现,我国高中阶段教育毛入学率已经接近发达国家平均水平,但我国在人均受教育年限、高中阶段及以上学历人口在劳动年龄人口中的比例等指标上与发达国家还有很大差距。这主要表现在我国人口的整体受教育程度重心偏低。因此,我国未来普及高中阶段教育的任务紧迫而艰巨。基于我国国情,借鉴国际经验,未来我国应把全面普及高中阶段教育作为教育现代化的战略目标,完善高中阶段教育功能,实现高中阶段教育多样化,建立普职融通、多元衔接的高中阶段教育。Using the analysis framework of the Education Modernization Strategy Team,the development of upper secondary education between China and developed countries was compared,and we found that the gross enrollment ratio of upper secondary education in China has been close to the average level of developed countries;however,in the index of the number of years in education of population and the percentage of adults who have attained at least upper secondary education(25-64 year),China has great gaps with developed countries. Based on the situation of China,drawing lessons from international experience,in the development of upper secondary education in China,we can adopt the following strategies:taking comprehensive popularization of upper secondary education as a key education development strategy;perfecting the function and realize the diversification of upper secondary education;strengthening integration of general and vocational education,and realizing linkage of upper secondary education with higher education.
