摘 要:自2010年以来,国家密集出台了许多促进高职发展的文件,如优化高职生源类型、招生从普通高考中分离、提高高职学历层次至本科等,但高职生源危机始终挥之不去,甚至变得更加严峻。解决高职生源危机的根本方法不在政府,而在高职本身。高职必须凝练和形成相对稳定的培养总体目标、制定基于高职生源类型的分项培养目标、实施差别化的柔性培养策略,以切实增强高职核心竞争力和提高高职学生的社会价值。Since 2010,our country has implemented many policies to promote the development of higher vocational college,such as evolution of the student source types,enrollment division from general college entrance examination,and raising the higher vocational college students' education level to undergraduate. However,the higher vocational college student source crisis has never gone away,and the situation is even becoming more severe.the radical method to solve the higher vocational college student source crisis doesn't lie in governments but in the higher vocational college itself. The higher vocational college must condensed out basically steady main education objectives,make sub objectives based on the higher vocational college student sources,and implement different flexiable education strtegies,so as to strengthen the core competence of the higher vocational college and enhance its students' social value.
