神经系统疾病住院患儿医院内感染调查分析及预防对策

摘　　要：目的分析小儿神经系统疾病住院患儿医院内感染情况，为感染的预防提供客观依据。方法将2012年6月至2013年6月的100例确诊有神经系统疾病的住院患儿作为观察对象，对其进行回顾性分析，统计患儿医院内感染情况。结果100例患儿中13例出现医院内感染，医院内感染率13．00％；其中3－6岁占感染总数的53．85％；6－9岁占感染总数的30．77％；9－12岁占感染总数的15．38％；4例上呼吸道感染，占感染总数的30．77％；下呼吸道与胃肠道各3例，各占23．08％；皮肤与口腔部位感染各1例，分别占7．69％。感染患儿所存在的基础疾病以化脓性脑膜炎为主，占18．18％。住院〉10d的患儿医院内内感染率为15．91％，≤10d10．71％；白细胞数低下患儿感染率21．05％，正常患儿感染率8．06％；营养状态较差患儿感染率25．00％，营养一般10．00％；住≥3人间病房的患儿医院内感染率为15．00％，住≤2人间病房的患儿医院内感染率为10．00％，不同住院时间、白细胞数、营养状态下、每房间不同患者数的患儿医院内感染率差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论神经系统疾病患儿医院内感染率较高，为降低院内感染率，医院应早诊断，早治疗，合理使用药物，严格消毒器械物品，坚持无菌操作。Objective To analyze pediatric neurological diseases hospital infection situation in roder to provide an objective basis for the prevention of infection, Methods 100 cases of children with neurological disorders from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and retrospective analyzed, statistics nosocomial infections in children. Results 13 cases occurred in children with nosocomial infections, and nosocomial infection rate was 13.00%. Four cases of upper respiratory tract infection, accounting for 30.77% of total infections; lower respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract each 3 cases, 23.08%; skin and oral cavity infection each one case, accounted for 7.69%. Underlying diseases in infected children mainly were purulent meningitis, accounted for 18.18%. The hospital infection rate of children of hospitalization time〉10d was 15.91%, ≤ 10d 10.71%; infection rate of children with low white blood cell was 21.05%, and infection rate in children with normal was 8.06%; 25.00% of poor nutritional status children, general nutrition was 10.00%. Different duration of hospitalization, white blood cell count, nutritional status of children under the nosocomial infection rate had significantly different （ 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Hospital infection rates of pediatric nervous system is high, to reduce the rate of infection, the hospital should make early diagnosis, early treatment, rational use of drugs, strict disinfection equipment items and stick aseptic technique.
