摘  要:目的:探讨潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本质天冬氨酸消旋化比率推断年龄的准确性。方法:收集潮汕人群第一前磨牙标本60例,利用高效液相色谱法检测其牙本质内天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率,并与实际年龄建立回归方程;再用3例另外收集的牙本质标本检验方程的准确性。结果:潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本质天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率与年龄高度正相关(P<0.001),相关系数r=0.967,消旋化速率k=6.0×10^(-4)/年,推断年龄误差SE=2.60岁。3例验证标本的误差分别是-0.3岁,+1.6岁,-2.2岁。结论:潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本质天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率可以准确推断年龄。Objective:To analyze the relationship between chronological age and the D/L aspartic acid ratio in dentin of the first premolar of Chaoshan population.Methods:Sixty first premolar teeth from living individuals of known age were retrieved.Dentin was extracted from these teeth.The D-and L-aspartic acids in dentins were separated and detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)system.Linear regression was performed between the D/L aspartic acid ratio of dentins and chronological age.Dentin from another 3cases was employed to test the accuracy of the regression equation.Results:Linear regression analysis showed a significant correlation between the first premolar dentin D/L aspartic acid ratio and chronological age(P〈0.001),the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.967,SE=2.60years;the racemization ratio k=6.0×10-4/year.The errors of 3cases were -0.3years,+1.6years and -2.2years.Conclusion:Aspartic acid racemization in the first premolar dentin can be used as an accurate method to estimate chronological age in the Chaoshan population.
