摘 要:跳远助跑速度是获得良好成绩的基础和关键,助跑是影响踏板准确性的重要因素之一,助跑速度是决定运动成绩的关键,同时也是决定和影响踏板准确性的首要问题。在跳远比赛与考试中,由于助跑失误而导致起跳踏板的失败是较常见的问题,最终影响运动成绩。本文运用文献资料法和分析法,对影响跳远踏板准确性的助跑速度进行分析,解决助跑速度对踏板起跳准确的影响,并提出具体的改进措施和方法,达到提高跳远教学质量的目的。The run - up speed in long jump is the basis and key for better performance. Run - up technique is one of the important factors influencing the pedal accuracy. Run - up speed is the key to determine performance, as well as the prime problem on pedal accuracy. In the long jump competition and exam, failure caused by run - up mistakes is common, which influences the final performance. Using the literature material method and analysis method, this paper analyzes the run -up speed that influences pedal accuracy and solve the related problems, as well as offering specific approaches and methods to improve long jump teaching.
