摘  要:应用荧光定量PCR法分析抗菌肽hepcidin、c型溶菌酶和MHCⅠ基因在健康革胡子鲶肝胰脏、脾脏、胃、肠道、肾脏、头肾、心脏、脑、鳃、鳃上器官、背部皮肤、背部肌肉和尾鳍13种组织中的表达.结果显示:3种基因在以上组织中均有表达,Hepcidin基因在脾脏中表达最高,显著高于除肾脏以外的其它组织(P<0.05);c型溶菌酶基因在胃中表达量最高,与其余组织的表达差异显著(P<0.05);而MHCⅠ基因在脾脏和鳃中表达量相对较高,但13种组织间的表达差异不显著(P>0.05).The expression levels of hepcidin,c type lysozyme and MHC I genes in hepatopancreas, spleen, stomach, intestines, kidney, head-kidney, heart, brain, gill, suprabranchial organ, dorsal skin, dorsal muscles PCR. The expression level of c-type lysozyme gene was significantly high- tomach than other tissues (P〈0.05). The expression level of MHC I gene had nces in those tissues(P〉0.05).
