基于工学结合的“园林综合实训”课程教学实践探索——以桂林师范高等专科学校园林技术专业建设为例

摘　　要：实训课程是园林技术专业教学的重要组成部分。以桂林师范高等专科学校园林技术专业建设为例,运用教育实验法、行动研究法等对工学结合模式下的"园林综合实训"课程进行教学实践探索,以全面培养园林技术专业学生职业素质、职业能力、职业技能为目标,以具体工作任务为载体,以多渠道实训机会为内容,以"学生走出去,企业进校园"为手段,紧密结合企业岗位需求开展合作,参与学校的建设,科学构建符合人才培养需求的综合实训课程。The training course is an important part of garden technology specialty teaching, take construction of Guilin Normal College garden technology major as an example, using the method of educational experiment, the action research method and so on, make teaching practice exploration on the comprehensive practice training course under the mode of com- bination under work-studyeombination. Take specific task as a carrier to multi-channel training opportunities for content, take multi channel training opportunitiesas content, and take＂ students went out, the enterprise into the campus＂ as a means to achieve the goal of comprehensive occupation quality cultivation, garden technology major students＇ occupation ability, occupation skill, combined with job requirements of enterprises cooperation, participate in the construction of schools, scientitle construction of comprehensive training courses with personnel training needs.
