摘  要:职业教育产学合作,过去主要研究的是其合作模式和合作方法,这些模式主要停留在经验层面的探索。随着产学合作向持久和深度融合方向发展,迫切需要国家层面法律制度的建立,从法律上保障产学合作各方的职责、义务和规范各自的行为。通过对我国职业教育产学合作发展模式的回顾,借鉴发达国产学合作的历程和经验,我国应构建由国家、地方及产学指导机构构成的多级产学合作管理制度,并通过建立中介机构和遴选"产学合作"评价指标来监督和保证产学合作的有效实施。The study on cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges mainly focuses on its cooperation model and cooperation methods in the past, and these models and methods mainly stay in the experience level. With the deep development of the cooperation, it is urgent to establish national laws system to protect the cooperation party' s duties, obligations to regulate their behavior. Through the review of the status of the cooperation in vocational education, learning from foreign developed countries in the cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges, we should build the multi-level cooperation management system by the national, local and industry- oriented institutions, and it is also necessary to establish an intermediary organ and select the evaluation index to supervise and make sure the industry-academy cooperation to carry out.
