摘　　要：模式理论在美国描写语言学派所构建的语言体系中占重要地位,该学派对模式的归纳是建立在直接成分和层次分析的基础之上的。这一理论为汉语的词类划分、句法结构、句型划分等研究中的关键问题提供了解决思路,但由于汉语与印欧语在语法构造上的本质不同,模式理论对汉语的解释也具有一定的局限性。The theory of Pattern plays an important role in the language system constructed by the American descriptivist. The induction of pattern is based on the direct component and the analytic hierarchy process. This theory provides a solution to the key problems in the study of lexical classification, syntactic structure, and sentence division and so on. However, due to the different nature of Chinese and Indo-European language in grammar construction, this theory also has some limitations in interpreting Chinese.
