摘　　要：《书目答问》初刻于四川省城尊经书院,其编撰意图并非纯粹出于学术的目的,而是与张之洞的学政身份密切相关。在书院草创、资料匮乏的情况下,张之洞编撰《书目答问》绝非易事,以《郘亭知见传本书目》为蓝本,是《书目答问》得以完成的重要条件。＂Q ＆ A about Book List＂ engraved in Zunjing Academy, its compilation intention is not purely for academic purposes, but with Zhang Zhi-dong＇s identity is closely related. In the case of academy created, lack of information, Zhang Zhi-dong compilation of ＂Q ＆ A about Book List＂ is not easy.＂Lu Ting to Know about Book List＂ as the blueprint for the ＂Q ＆ A about Book List＂ to be completed as an important condition.
