联合检测四种血清标志物在云锡矿工非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、白蛋白(ALB)对云锡矿工非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床应用价值。方法:对158例云锡矿工NSCLC、78例非云锡矿工NSCLC及50例健康体检者血清中CRP、CEA、CYFRA21-1、ALB的水平进行检测。结果:云锡矿工NSCLC患者血清中CRP、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平高于非云锡矿工NSCLC患者及健康体检者,ALB水平低于非云锡矿工NSCLC患者及健康体检者(P<0.05);四者联合检测NSCLC较CEA、CYFRA21-1二者联合检测敏感性提高(P<0.05),特异性稍降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清CRP、CEA、CYFRA21-1、ALB是辅助早期诊断云锡矿工NSCLC的有效标志物,四者联合检测在NSCLC的诊断中有一定应用价值。Objective： To explore the value of joint detection of C-reactive protein（CRP）, carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）, cytokeratin 19 fragment（CYFRA21-1）, albumin（ALB） of Yunnan tin non-small cell lung eancer（NSCLC）.Method： Detected the levels of CRP, CYFRA21-1, CEA, and ALB in 158 cases of Yunnan tin NSCLC, 78 cases of non-Yunnan tin NSCLC and 50 healthy controls.Result： The levels of CRP, CEA, and CYFRA21-1 in Yunnan tin NSCLC were higher than non-Yunnan tin NSCLC and the healthy, ALB was lower than non-Yunnan tin NSCLC and the healthy（P〈0.05）.~oint detection of the four serum biomaker enhanced the sensitivity（P〈0.05）, the specificity was lower, but the difference was not statistically significand（P〉0.05）.Conelusion： Joint detection of CRP, CEA, CYFRA21-1, ALB is effective and valuable in the early diagnosis of Yunnan tin NSCLC.
