丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15和信号转导转录激活因子3在结肠癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌中丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15和信号转导转录激活因子3表达及其相关性研究。方法结肠癌病例样本共计48例,采用逆转录实时定量聚合酶链反应RT-PCR的方法,检测其中丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15和信号转导转录激活因子3的相对表达量,同时分析结肠癌与其表达量的关系。结果结肠癌中丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15和信号转导转录激活因子3的相对表达量与结肠癌存在相关性(P<0.05);丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15和信号转导转录激活因子3与结肠癌转移显著相关(P<0.05);丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15表达信号转导转录激活因子3表达与结肠癌发病及淋巴转移的具有相关性。结论丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15与信号转导转录激活因子3表达量在结肠癌中具有相关性,丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15和信号转导转录激活因子3相对表达量与结肠癌的预后显著相关。Objective To investigate the expression of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction transcription factor 3 in colon cancer and their correlation. Methods A total of 48 cases of colorectal cancer cases were treated with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction RT-PCR. The relative expression of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction ac- tivator 3 was analyzed, and relationship between colorectal cancer and its expression were analyzed. Results The relative expres- sion of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction activator of transcription 3 in colorectal cancer were correlated with co- lon cancer（P 〈 0.05 ） ;serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction activator of transcription 3 were correlated with colon cancer metastasis（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction activator of transcription 3 were correlated with the pathogenesis and lymph node metastasis of colon cancer. Conclusion The expression of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction activator of transcription factor 3 are associated with colon cancer, the relative expression of ser- ine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transduction activator 3 are closely associated with the prognosis of colon cancer.
