摘　　要：界定了汽车制造企业的库存概念、范围及其演变,讨论了汽车行业供应链库存管理观的发展,并阐述了汽车供应链库存管理与决策的几个基本问题及管理策略。In this paper, we defined the concept, scope and evolution of the inventory of the automobile-making enterprise, discussed the development of the supply chain inventory view of the automobile industry and elaborated on the several fundamental issues and management strategies in the inventory management and decision-making of the automobile supply chain.
