眼针配合雷火灸治疗急性周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针配合雷火灸结合常规西医疗法治疗急性周围性面瘫的治疗效果。方法:将93例中度或中重度急性周围性面瘫患者分为眼针配合雷火灸结合常规西医疗法治疗组47例和常规西医疗法对照组46例,观察治疗效果,进行统计分析。结果:在治愈率和总有效率上,眼针配合雷火灸治疗组均明显优于对照组。结论:眼针雷火灸结合常规西医疗法治疗急性周围性面瘫具确切疗效。Objective ： To observe therapeutic effects on acute peripheral facial paralysis by eye - acupuncture combined with Leihuo moxibustion cooperated with routine Western medicine therapy. Methods ： A total of 93 cases of moderate or moderate to severe acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups ： a eye - acupuncture combined with Leihuo moxibustion cooperated with routine Western medicine therapy group （47 cases） and a routine Western medicine therapy group （46 cases）. Their therapeutic effects were evaluated by statistics analysis on the cure rate and effective rate. Results ： The cure rate and effective rate of the group of eye - acupuncture combined with Leihuo moxibustion cooperated with routine Western medicine therapy were significant excelled to the comparison group＇s. Conclusion：Eye -acupuncture combined with Leihuo moxibustion cooperated with routine Western medicine can get actual therapeutic effects on acute peripheral facial paralysis.
