不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病伴血脂异常的临床疗效及评价

摘　　要：(1)目的探讨采用不同剂量阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病伴高脂血症的治疗效果。(2)方法选取我院收治住院2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者共116例。所有患者在服用降糖药、控制饮食等治疗的同时,对照组给予口服阿托伐他汀40mg治疗,观察组给予阿托伐他汀20mg治疗,疗程持续8周。观察患者在治疗前与治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、三酯甘油(TG)、TC、高密度酯蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度酯蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及肝肾功能等指标,观察治疗效果及不良反应。(3)结果通过8周的治疗后,观察组患者的FBG、2hPG、HbA1C均有所下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的FBG、2hPG、HbA1C均有所轻度上升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TC、TG、LDL-C均降低,治疗前后差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(4)结论 20mg剂量阿托伐他汀能降低2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者血脂、血糖水平,延缓糖尿病并发症,从而降低心脑血管发生率,且疗效显著、廉价、安全性好。Objective To observe the efficacy of different doses of atorvastatin in diabetic treatment of Hyperlipidemia.Methods 116easesof diabetic patients with Hyperlipidemia were selected from our hospital during clinic treatment. All of these patients were randomly divided into control group（60 cases） and observation group（56 eases）. All patients took hypoglycemic agent sand diet therapy at the same time. The control group received the therapy with atorvastatin （40mg/d）. Observation group were given the medication with atorvastatin （20mg/d）.The efficacy of blood sugar and lipids were compared and analyzed in the two groups after the treatment.Results After 8 weeks medical treat- ment, the FBG, 2hPG, HbA1Clevels of patients in observation group obviously were declined （ P 0.05） ,while slightly were rose in observation group（ P 〉0.05）.the TC,TG and LDL-C levels of patients in two groups obviously were declined （ P 〈0.05）, but there was not changed between control group and observation group（ P 〉0.05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was lower than the control group.Conclusion The medication with atorvastatin （20mg/d） can reduce and control of blood glucose and lipids levels, and prevent and control the diabetic and its complications. It is safe, cheap and effective treatment, and worthy of wider application.
