摘 要:利用旅游市场营销知识网格(TMKG)分析法,归总了近20年来中国出境旅游的国际研究文献,结果发现:(1)以第二级知识形式为研究重点,第一级和第三级知识形式研究显著不足,三级知识形式不遵循文献均匀分布模式的假设。(2)81.3%归类于结构框架和经验归纳研究文献,处于"做出承诺"的前期研究阶段,未能涉及"做出何种承诺、如何做出承诺"等具体问题。(3)以描述性研究为主要目的,解释性研究显著不足,使战略原则研究无所依附。未来我国出境旅游研究应关注市场营销三级知识形式的协调发展,重视承诺管理全过程。最后,提出了对中国旅游学界的启示。Analyzing on international literatures of China's outbound travel by means of TMKG, it was concluded that: ① Most of literatures fo- cused on the second level knowledge form, however, the first one and the third one were explored significantly less. The three - level of knowledge forms were not complying with the assumption of evenly distributed model. ②81.3 % of literatures classified in structure framework and empirical gen- eralization were still in the prophase stage of "making a promise" and could not concern the specific problems, such as "what kind of promise to make, how to make a promise". ③Most of research purpose were descriptive, with the causal research under- researched, which made research on strategic principle were of no attachment. Accordingly, it was suggested that future research should make"the three- form level" of tourism knowledge coordinated, pay more attention to the whole process of promise management. Finally, enlightenments were proposed for China's tourism academia.
