摘　　要：以无锡旅游商贸高等职业技术学校为例,针对计算机网络技术专业的转型,对师资队伍的改革与优化提出了建设目标与内容、建设思路与方案框架以及工作室的建设实施方案。Taking Wuxi Higher Vocational School of Tourism and Commerce as example, according to the transformation of computer network technology specialty, this paper puts forward the construction goal and the content of the reform and optimization of the teaching staff, the idea of construction and framework, as well as the construction and implementation plan of the studio.
