基于QFD构建高职人才培养质量控制模型的研究——以机械设计与制造专业为例

摘　　要：基于QFD理论建立专业人才培养质量控制模型,以企业人才需求为导向,通过构建人才培养目标、人才培养方案和人才措施三个质量屋对人才培养各环节展开逐层递进分析,明确每个环节的内容、权重以及相关性。基于该模型不仅能实现人才培养紧密对接企业需要,也便于在人才培养中把握关键环节,优化资源配置,实现人才培养效益最大化。A quality control model of the cultivation of professional talents is established based on QFD theory. Oriented by the en terprise talents demand, three houses of quality to construct talents training objective, scheme and measures have been built to analyze all links of talents training layer by layer. The content, weight and correlation of each link are clarified. Based on this model, talents training can be not only better meet the needs of enterprises, but also make it easy to grasp the key links in the cultivation of talents, optimize the allocation of resources, and maximize the benefits of talents training.
