摘　　要：禁毒相关部门应当在改善信息机构的基础上,积极促进禁毒计算机网络系统的有效开发,分别建立以中央、省、市、县四级为中心的禁毒系统,实现基于纵向的禁毒系统作为主体,基于横向完善公安机关禁毒工作相关信息的系统,促进禁毒信息手机储存、查询、反馈以及管理工作的规范化、科学化,以促进禁毒工作效率的有效提高。Anti-drug dapartments should actively promote the development of anti-drug net on the basis of the improvement of information institution. Anti-grug system should be established in the counties, cities, provinces and the state. With complete anti-drug system, the work efficiency can be raised by regulation and science of the management as well as the application of storing, searching, and feekback of smart phone.
