摘  要:建立了一种离子液体分散液液微萃取样品前处理技术,结合高效液相色谱法测定液态奶中2种着色剂(胭脂红、日落黄)。考察了萃取剂种类、萃取剂体积、分散剂种类、p H、盐浓度等因素对萃取效率的影响。确定了最佳萃取条件:以160μL 1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([OMIM]PF6)为萃取剂,1 000μL乙腈为分散剂,Na Cl质量分数为6%,p H为4.5。结果表明:2种合成着色剂在1~250μg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.998 8~0.999 2;检出限分别为1.27μg·L^(-1)和0.43μg·L^(-1),加标回收率在88.7%~98.5%,RSD在1.3%~5.4%。该方法简单、高效、安全,能够满足碳酸饮料中合成着色剂的检测要求。A novel method for the determination of two synthetic colorants ponceau 4R and sunset yellow from the carbonated drink was developed using ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid mieroextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography.The influence of extraction parameters including types of extraction solvent, volume of extraction solvent, types of dispersant solven, pH, sodium chloride mass fraction were investigated.Using 160μL 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([OMIM]PF6) as extraction drop,1 000 μL acetonitrile as dispersant solvent,sodium chloride mass fraction 6% ,pH was adjusted 4.5 Under the optimal condition, good linear relationship was obtained in the two synthetic colorants concentrations of 1-250 μg·L^-1 with the correlation coefficients of 0.998 8-0.999 2;the detection limits were 0.43-1.27 μg·L^-1.The proposed method was applied to the determination of two synthetic colorants in carbonated drink,the recoveries were from 88.7% to 98.5% ,with the corresponding relative standard deviations were from 1.3% to 5.4%. The method was simple,fast and precise to satisfy,which could meet the requirements for the determination of synthetic colorants in carbonated drink.
