金融环境对区域创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：利用中国31个省市2006-2015年的数据实证检验了区域金融环境对区域和企业创新绩效的影响作用。发现:我国各区域的金融环境和创新绩效的关系中国家创新基金获得的资金数和国家产业化计划项目当年落实的资金数对区域创新绩效的影响不显著,规模以上工业企业研发活动中来自金融机构的资金数对区域创新绩效具有显著的积极影响;国家创新基金获得的资金数和国家产业化计划项目当年落实的资金数对企业创新绩效具有显著的积极影响;规模以上工业企业研发活动中来自金融机构的资金数对企业创新绩效呈现出显著的负向影响。Based on the data of 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2015, this paper analyzes the impact of regional financial environ- ment on regional innovation performance and corporate innovation performance theoretically and empirically. The results indicate that there are significant differences in the relationship between financial environment and innovation performance in different regions of Chi- na. The number of funding received from the national innovation fund and the number of implemented funding of national industrializa- tion project have no significant effect on the regional innovation performance, but the influence of the number of funding from financial institutions is significant and positive. The results also show that the number of funding received from the national innovation fund and the number of implemented funding of national industrialization project have significant and positive effect on the corporate innovation performance, and the influence of the number of funding from financial institutions is significant and negative.
