摘  要:为了解决数据流量的快速增长与运营商收入增长缓慢的不匹配问题,通过文献研究、调查问卷,借助层次分析法,提出重点发展优质客户的措施。提升客户对数据流量的感知价值,了解客户的基本需求,将客户感知价值与数据流量结合研究,通过关联分析法对感知价值的组成部分、影响因素、感知质量、感知风险、感知价格和控制变量进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议,为相关移动数据流量的理论与实践研究做出贡献。In order to deal with the mismatch between the rapid increase of data traffic and the slow increase of operators' revenue, the measure to develop high-grade customers was proposed based on literature investigation, questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The perception value of data traffic for customers was improved. Based on the basic requirements of customers, the perception value of customers was combined with data traffic. The constitution, influencing factors, perception quality, perception risk, perception cost and control variables of the perception value were analyzed by means of the correlation analysis method. Corresponding countermeasure was proposed to provide a reference to the theory and practice of mobile data traffic.
