摘 要:为有效实现基于集配中心装配式供应链上游供应商协同配送,构建了考虑成本协调的协同主从决策机制;分析了零部件供应商和集配中心成本结构,对比供应商分散决策、集配中心决策和联合决策模型,建立以集配中心为主方,供应商为从方的主从决策模型。集配中心给出最优订购批量,供应商以最优配送批次响应。模型中引入成本补贴因子进行企业间协调。结合算例分析,比较了4种决策机制下的配送决策和相关成本。研究表明,主从决策是一种有效的协同决策机制,能有效降低系统物流成本和生产准备成本,提高供应链效率,激励供应商参与协同决策。In order to achieve the collaborative distribution of the suppliers effectively in the upstream of prefabricated supply chain with the supply hub, the model of collaborative decision-making of supply chain considering the cost coordination is built. We analyze the cost structure of suppliers and supply hub, compared the model of decentralized decision-making of suppliers, centralized decision-making of supply hub and joint decision-making. Then, we set up a leader-follower decision-making model where the supply hub is the leader determining the optimal order batch and the suppliers giving the optimal delivery times as response. The cost subsidies factor is proposed to coordinate their cost. The results of four decision- making are compared. We find that leader-follower decision-making is valid and the cost of the system decreases and the supply chain efficiency increases, thus the suppliers will join synergy more actively.
