摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,消费者对商品和服务的质量要求日益提高。因为冷冻肉具有保质期长、安全性高等特点,是居民日常生活中的必需品。文章以乌鲁木齐市社区蔬菜直销店冷冻肉冷链问题为研究对象,提出解决对策,以期提高社区蔬菜副食直销店冷冻肉冷链管理水平。With the development of social economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard, the quality of goods and services is increasing. Frozen meat has a long shelf life and high safety, so it has become a necessity in daily life. This paper takes Urumqi city community vegetable outlets frozen meat cold chain as the research object, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem of cold chain, as the researeh object, put forward countermeasures to improve the community vegetable and non-staple food outlets frozen meat cold chain management.
