奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年4月—2017年2月收治的滴虫性阴道炎患者114例进行分组研究,按照抽签法分为对照组和实验组,每组中57例患者,对照组应用甲硝唑治疗,实验组应用奥硝唑治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,其不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎具有效果确切、安全性高等优点。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of ornidazole in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods 114 cases of trichomonas vaginitis patients admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group by method of random sampling, 57 patients in each group, and the control group was administered metronidazole treatment, the experimental group was administered ornidazole treatment, the efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ornidazole is effective and safe in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis.
