摘　　要：【目的/意义】移动环境下,高校网络舆情对师生员工影响越来越大,高校舆情管理机构必须创新舆情管理机制以适应新形式变化、进一步采取应对策略以提高舆情管控效果。【方法/过程】从信息生态系统视角出发,结合国内外学者研究成果,构建了移动环境下高校网络舆情管理创新机制,从管理过程和信息生态系统机制融合角度进行深入探讨,最后提出了高校网络舆情应对策略。【结果/结论】本文为移动环境下高校网络舆情研究提供了新的理论视角,对实践层面的舆情应对具有较强的操作性。[Purpose/significance]In mobile environment, the impact of network public opinion on college students and staff is more and more big, public opinion management institutions must innovate the public opinion management mechanism to adapt to the new change of form, take further countermeasures to improve the management and control effect. [ Method/process] From the perspective of information ecology system, combined with the research results of domestic and foreign schol- ars, the paper constructs the network public opinion management innovation mechanism of colleges and universities under the Mobile Environment, and analyzes the management process and mechanism of information ecosystem perspective fusion, finally puts forward the coping strategies of network public opinion. [Result/conclusion]This paper provides a new the- oretical perspective for the study of online public opinion in colleges and universities under the mobile environment.
