摘　　要：开颅手术并发远隔部位出血(remote intracranial hemorrhage,RIH)鲜有报道,其出血隐匿,病情发展迅速,处理较困难。本文旨在对开颅手术颅内非术区或远隔部位出血的临床表现、发病机制、相关危险因素、防治措施及预后等进行综述,为围术期针对性对该并发症进行监控及预防提供帮助。Rare cases of remote intracranial hemorrhage （RIH） complicated after craniotomy are reported. RIH occurred insidiously, progressed rapidly, and is hard to manage. This paper focuses on the pathogenesis, risk factors, clinical manifestation, management and prognosis of remote intracranial hemorrhage （RIH） complicated after craniotomy,and provides recommendations for prevention and detection in clinical practice.
