摘　　要：目的分析热休克蛋白家族成员C6(DNAJC6)表达与肝细胞肝癌患者术后临床资料的关系,探讨DNAJC6在肝细胞肝癌中异常过表达对肝细胞肝癌患者临床分期的影响。方法选取术后病理为肝细胞肝癌的患者102例。应用PCR检测肝癌组织中DNAJC6 mRNA的表达量,并与患者的临床数据进行分析。结果肿瘤直径≤2cm患者DNAJC6 mRNA高表达率低于肿瘤直径>2cm患者,肝癌分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者DNAJC6 mRNA高表达率低于肝癌分期Ⅲ期患者,肝癌分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者DNAJC6 mRNA高表达率低于肝癌分级为Ⅲ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、有无门静脉癌栓、有无乙型病毒性肝炎患者间DNAJC6 mRNA高表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝癌组织中DNAJC6异常过表达患者肿瘤直径大、临床分期及临床分级差、预后不良,故DNAJC6可作为肝细胞肝癌患者术前病情及术后效果评估的重要指标。Objective To analyze the relationship between DNAJC6 expression and clinical data of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）, and to explore the effect of DNAJC6 overexpression on the clinical stages of HCC. Methods One hundred and two patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation were selected. PCR was used to detect the expression of DNAJC6 mRNA in HCC tissues and analyzed with clinical data. Results The DNAJC6 mRNA high expression in patients with tumor diameter≤2 cm was lower than that with tumor diameter 〉2 cm. The highexpression rate of DNAJC6 mRNA in HCC patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ was lower than that in patients with stage Ⅲ. The high expression rate of DNAJC6 mRNA in HCC patients with grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ was lower than that in patients with grade Ⅲ. The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the expression of DNAJC6 mRNA between ages, portal vein tumor thrombus and hepatitis B virus（P〉0.05）. Conclusion DNAJC6 abnormal expression in hepatocellular carcinoma patients were with larger tumors, poor clinical stage, grade and prognosis, so DNAJC6 can be used as an important index to evaluate the preoperative condition and postoperative outcome in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
