摘　　要：弱势证人的诉讼关照措施,是结合我国实情和国外法律的相关规定,明确弱势证人的主体范围,分别从法律和技术两个层面对弱势证人的诉讼关照制度进行研究,从根本反映出弱势证人的关照措施保障了证人的权利和利益。结合新形势新背景下的司法发展状况,对弱势证人在诉讼过程中关照制度的发展进行思考性探索。Combined with the relevant provisions of China＇s and foreign laws. the litigation care for vulerable witnesses definites the subject range, respectively from the two aspects of legal and technical proceedings take care of vulnerable witnesses system research, fundamentally reflect to protect the vulnerable witness rights and interests of witnesses. Combined with the new situation of the new situation of the development of the judiciary, the vulnerable witnesses in the proceedings of the development of the system of care for thinking.
