地方保护、政治关联与企业社会责任——来自酒类上市公司的经验证据

摘　　要：以政府俘获为视角,考察地方保护、政治关联、企业产权对企业社会责任的影响。结果表明,对地方国有企业来说,政治关联加强了地方保护对企业社会责任的负向影响,政治关联与地方保护存在互补关系;相对而言,非国有企业和省级以上国有企业的政治关联与地方保护存在替代关系,这一关系在省级以上国有企业中尤为显著。The state capture is the research approach in this paper. This paper analyzes the three factors on the corporate social responsibility, which are local protectionism, political connection, property rights. The results show that the local state-owned enterprises, political connection strengthened to the negative effects of the local protection on the corporate so- cial responsibility, and there is a complement relationship between the local protection and the political connection. On the contrary, there is a substitute relation between the local protection and the political connection for the non-state owned enter- prise and the provincial state-owned enterprise, especially for the second ones.
