摘　　要：植物精油是一类植物源次生代谢物质,具有广谱抗菌性。植物精油成分含量低且复杂多样,因此需要灵敏先进的检测技术。本文主要对植物精油的抑菌机理、抑菌成分及检测技术进行综述。旨在为植物精油的进一步研究提供理论依据。Plant essential oil with broad spectrum antimicrobial properties is a kind of secondary metabolites of plant origin. Sensitive and advanced detection technology to detect composition of plant essential oil was needed for it was at low level and complicated. Antibacterial mechanism and antibacterial composition and detection technology of plant essential oil were reviewed in this article. Aim to provide theoretical basis for further study of plant essential oils.
