摘　　要：目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)血清Chemerin、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素6(IL-6)变化及关系。方法收集NAFLD组患者60例(包括单纯性脂肪肝39例,非酒精性脂肪性肝炎21例)和正常对照组29例。采用ELISA法测定NAFLD组和健康对照组Chemerin、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和IL-6水平变化。结果 NAFLD组的血清Chemerin、TNF-α和IL-6水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血清Chemerin与TNF-α、IL-6呈正相关(r=0.734,P<0.01;r=0.733,P<0.01)。结论 Chemerin、TNF-α及IL-6的异常表达可能与NAFLD的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the ehanges and relationship of serum Chemerin, tumor necrosis factora （TNF-ct） and IL-6 in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods NAFLD group of 60 patients （ including simple fatty liver in 39 cases,nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in 21 cases）and normal control group（ n = 29）were collected. ELISA method was used to detect the changes of leels of serum Chemerin,tumor necrosis factora（TNF-a） and lL-6in N AFLD group and healthy control group. Re- sults The serum levels of Chemerin,tumor necrosis factora（TNF-a）and IL-6 in the NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Serum Chemerin was positively correlated with TNF-aand IL-6 （ r = 0. 734, P 〈 0. 01 ; r = O. 733, P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Chemerin, TNF-aand IL-6 may be related to the occurrence and de- velopment of NAFLD.
